These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Finnegan New Year's Brigade ("Finnegan N.Y.B.") membership communications program for the 2027 New Year's Parade.

Program Description
Finnegan N.Y.B. uses email and text messaging to communicate with current and prospective members regarding the 2027 New Year's Parade and related club activities.
